What does Xovar do?

Xovar is an AI-native web studio based in Queensland, Australia. We design, build, and tune websites for the AI search era, and we deliver SEO + AIEO (AI Engine Optimisation) audits. Productised packages range from AUD $4,500 (Launchpad) to AUD $18,000 (Flagship), plus audits from AUD $800 to $4,500. A separate local-only line offers computer repair and repurpose work.

What is AIEO and why does it matter?

AIEO (AI Engine Optimisation) is the discipline of structuring your website so AI answer engines — ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude — can read it, trust it, and cite it in their answers. Roughly 40% of searches in 2025 are answered by AI without a click. If your business doesn't appear in those answers, you're becoming invisible. AIEO is how you stay visible.

How is AIEO different from traditional SEO?

Traditional SEO ranks pages by authority and relevance for click-throughs. AIEO is about being sourced and cited inside synthesised AI answers. Where SEO cares about keyword density, AIEO cares about natural language, FAQ structure, schema markup, brand mentions, and clear E-E-A-T signals. The two overlap, but AIEO requires its own engineering layer — which is what every Xovar build includes.

How fast can Xovar deliver a website?

Launchpad ships in 2–3 weeks, Rebuild in 3–4 weeks, and Flagship in 5–7 weeks. The agent fleet handles research, drafting, and bulk build work overnight in parallel, so timelines that take traditional agencies 8–16 weeks compress dramatically — without dropping the quality bar, because every release goes through human review.

Is the content on my site AI-generated? Do I own it?

Drafts are AI-written by Elon, our brand and content agent. Every page is then reviewed and edited by Matt before it ships. Under our contract, IP transfers to you on final payment. Disclosing AI involvement is best practice and we recommend it — the AI-native delivery story is a feature, not a liability.

What's the difference between the website packages?

Launchpad ($4,500) is up to 5 pages with foundation SEO — for startups and sole traders. Rebuild ($9,500) is up to 10 pages with custom design system, AI copy, and CMS integration — for businesses with a site that's underperforming. Flagship ($18,000) is up to 20 pages with a full motion system, brand audit, and AIEO from day one — for brands wanting a Linear/Vercel/Anthropic-tier presence.

Do you offer SEO and AIEO audits as standalone products?

Yes. Three tiers: Visibility Scan ($800) — a 10–15 page health check delivered in 3–5 days. Full AIEO Audit ($2,200) — a 25–40 page deep dive with 90-day roadmap, 5–7 days. AIEO Strategy + Roadmap ($4,500) — full audit plus 6-month content strategy and 60-min strategy call, 7–10 days.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance?

Yes — three retainer tiers from AUD $1,500 to $3,500 per month. Hosting, security, blog cadence (2–4 posts per month), AIEO health checks, and competitor monitoring. Cancel any time. Best for businesses that want to keep the site sharp without rebuilding it from scratch every two years.

Where is Xovar based?

Queensland, Australia. We serve clients Australia-wide and globally — websites and audits don't require physical proximity. Our local-only line is computer repair, where Brisbane-based clients can drop off hardware in person.
